We maintain a deep and abiding respect for the earth with our every action.

We are honored to have been the premier test location for the San Francisco Waste Diversion Program that became the well-known “three bin system”. 

From careful selection of ingredients and portions, advanced waste and water minimization efforts, we strive to leave no trace but joyous memories.

Our ingredients are carefully curated from local sources, to minimize unnecessary packaging, processing and transportation.
